Everything! Your General Admissions Festival Pass includes entry to all Off the Rails Electronic Music and Arts Festival events for the entire weekend of Friday May 5th and Saturday May 6th. 

No backpacks are allowed in the Rail Line or Wolff’s Biergarten venues. Attendees will not be allowed to enter the venues with backpacks. Please leave your backpacks at home or in your car. Reasonably sized purses, fanny packs, and clutches will be allowed based soley on the discretion of event security. We’ll have everything you need inside the venues so travel light!

No outside food or beverages are allowed in any of the venues hosting Off the Rails | Electronic Music and Arts Festival events. This includes water bottles even if they are unopened. Water will be available to event attendees at no charge and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. There is zero-tolerance regarding outside alcohol at OTR events or venues, opened or otherwise. Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be removed from the event and banned from all future AON events.

We’ll have everything you’ll need at each event, just bring your cellphone, wallet and ID, and keys if you need them! Backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the venue. Outside food and drink are prohibited. In addition weapons, firearms, and illegal drugs are not allowed. Please also refrain from brining any manner of totems unless you are a flow artists registered for a specific event. We love your totems, but we just don’t have room for them.

Note that event and venue staff reserve the right to remove attendees from an event for any reason. We’re all here to have a good time but respect for the venue and other attendees is a must. Use common sense.

Festival bands can be picked up at the Rail Line main event on Friday 5/5 when doors open at 7:00PM. If you are unable to pickup your Festival Band at the Rail Line main event on Friday 5/5 the ticket you received in your email can serve as your festival pass in lieu of a festival band.  

Participation in the Rail Line main event on Friday May 5th and the Wolff’s Biergarten Event on Saturday May 6th require attendees be 21 year or older on the day of the event.

Not if you want to come to future AON events! We know some of our events we let people behind the booth or like to pack the crowd around our DJs like a Boiler Room set. Not for this event. We’re working with outside lighting and sound contractors who would not be to keen with a drink on a speaker or a cracked LED video panel. For this event only DJ, artists and photographers will be allowed on event stages or behind DJ booths. No exceptions. We appreciate this is easy to forget or maybe you just wanted to say hi to your favorite DJ; in the spirit of good vibes we’ll start with a warning. If you’re a serial offender you will be asked to leave this event but can join us again the following night.

Yes. Event planning staff are reaching out to select artists and vendors for inclusion in the Rail Line main event on Friday 5/5. The Rail Line Vendor Village will be open from 7PM-12AM although vendors are welcome to pack-up at 11:00PM should they wish. There is no charge for a vendor booth but spots are limited. If you are an artists or vendor who wishes to participate in the Off the Rail Electronic Music and Arts Festival please email AON Events at [email protected].

Vendor Village participation is limited to the Rail Line main event on Friday 5/5. There will be no vendors at Wolff’s Biergarten on Saturday 5/6.
